To our valued guests,

At Canberra Toyota, we pride ourselves on delivering a rewarding experience for our owners and guests, whilst keeping in mind the safety and health of our community.

In response to the growing concerns around the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that our entire team are taking all proactive measures possible to protect our guests and our staff.

Whilst business is operating as per usual, we are happy to discuss alternate arrangements for your service needs, vehicle collections, appraisals and test drives.

What have we implemented at our Dealership?

Health and Safety Officers

Health and Safety Officers have been assigned to all dealerships and service centres to ensure the best standard of cleanliness and health safety practices are upheld by our team.

Sanitisation Plan

To ensure optimal cleanliness of our dealerships, all high-traffic areas are sanitised multiple times a day, in addition to professional cleaning every evening. To support the health of our guests and our team, our Health and Safety Officers have ensured hand-sanitiser dispensers are present throughout our dealerships, and that essential items supporting excellent hygiene are fully stocked at all times.

Our Team

We are following the guidelines issued by the government relating to travel and self-isolation across our team to provide the safest environment possible. In addition, we have requested our team inform us of any contact they may have with people subject to these guidelines, and we've asked them to remain at home if they feel unwell .

Service Loan, demonstrator and display vehicle preparation

All hard and soft surfaces inside our service loan, demonstrator and display vehicles are cleaned after usage to ensure optimal hygienic condition.

Preparation of your vehicle during servicing

When your vehicle is in for servicing it will be fitted with a steering wheel cover and seat protector prior to the commencement of work. In addition, all technicians are required to wear disposable gloves while working on your vehicle. Once work is complete, your vehicle will be wiped down with sanitising agents to ensure it is returned to you in optimal hygienic condition.

For our guests who are looking to minimise personal contact, we encourage you to book an appointment to minimise waiting times. Should you feel uncomfortable visiting our dealership at this time but would still like to make an enquiry, there are a number of ways we can accommodate:

  • Looking to purchase a brand new Toyota? Purchase via Order & Collect on the Canberra Toyota website. Once your order has been place, our Sales Team will give you a call to arrange delivery.
  • Browse our new and pre-owned vehicle stock online.
  • Have an enquiry about Finance and Insurance? Our Business Managers are able to assist you over the phone or via email.
  • Book your next service online or over the phone.
  • Receive a quote on Parts and Accessories via email or over the phone.

This is a challenging time for all of us, but we remain committed to delivering the exceptional guest experience you have come to expect from us at Canberra Toyota.

Kind regards,

Mirko Milic
